HOLE ONE

A majestic opening hole winds its way into the hills, featuring a split fairway that requires a tee shot over the 16th green. The right side, obscured by trees, offers a wide landing area, encouraging aggressive play for a more favourable approach. Fairway ends at 220 yards, but light rough allows for driver usage. The green's large rear runoff area penalizes right-side misses, leading to challenging recovery shots.

PRO TIP
For the best approach to the green, stay to the left of the fairway as it’s the elevated side of the fairway.

A straightforward par 4 with a gentle right-to-left slope on the fairway. The fairway opens up around the 250-yard mark, offering more generous landing areas for longer hitters. The elevated green provides ample room for longer approach shots without severe penalties.

HOLE FOUR

A short, downhill par 3 guarded by bunkers on either side of the green. The small brook crossing the fairway shouldn't pose a threat, making this a relatively straightforward test of accuracy and distance control.

HOLE FIVE

A big dog like left with two water hazards on the turn to contend with. Playing between 150-190 yards to the fairway will set you up for an iron into the green. Don’t go long on your tee shot into the trees on the right as this will cut off your shot to the green.

PAR YARDS STROKE
4 378 5
4 371 5
4 365 3
PRO TIP
Don’t get greedy and try to take too much, a short iron over the brook into the middle of the fairway is the best play.

HOLE SEVEN

A wide fairway to aim at offering the less confident drivers the opportunity to go long with minimal risk. Try to keep to the left of the fairway, anything too far right will hamper your second shot. A tall tree on the end of the right hand rough can cause difficulty when trying to reach the green in two.
The green is on the right, behind the tree line. The deeper you go on the fairway, the more open your second shot will be.

HOLE EIGHT

This downhill par 4 is reachable by few players that want to take the risk but it comes with risk, if you miss right you are in dense trees and water, down the left there are fewer trees. This is downhill so any tee shot will roll on.

PRO TIP
Don’t get too greedy, play shorter and use the roll the downhill fairway will give you.

HOLE NINE

A long uphill par 3 can catch up players out. This 220+ yard hole increases the margin of error as players will need to take a longer club. It is better to miss right than left as you are in risk of going in the bunker to the side of the green or you running down the bank into deep rough.

PRO TIP
Don’t leave it short. Club up to make sure you reach the green.

HOLE TEN

This long par 4 offers little protection down the left side and a scattering of trees down the right. Aim at the right side of the dead tree in the of the fairway to give yourself the best chance of making it in two. A bunker either side of the green await if you miss the green. Avoid going long as anything off the back of the green is in risk of getting wet.

HOLE ELEVEN

A daunting hole for some as its playing over water. A relatively short par 3, 167 yard hole to an elevated green guarded by a high lip bunker on the front right of the green. A good run-off area behind the green allows you to go longer, play too short and you will find yourself at the bottom of the hill playing up to the green.

HOLE SIXTEEN

The longest hole on the course and the only par 5. A good tee shot is required to the crest of the uphill fairway, the first half of the hole has the most danger with a scattering of trees. Once over the crest, play to the left or middle of the fairway to allow for the left to right camber and giving yourself the best approach to the green. Coming up short on your approach shot won’t hamper you as the downslope of the fairway will push it towards the green. The green is a large two-tier green with plenty of room to play with.

For the longer hitters your second shot will be on the down slope of the fairway with an open running to the green. Don’t miss this Green long as your ball will run away off the back and down into the water.

HOLE EIGHTEEN

Playing through a narrow tree line, if you play it low there is a risk of catching the trees. A good tee will carry the fairway and avoid multitude of hazards onto an upslope fairway. The largest tree in the distance is your aim point to give yourself the best opportunity to reach in two. Playing back towards the clubhouse, the green sits in front and looks closer to the green and what it is so don’t be afraid to attack the green.

PAR YARDS STROKE
4 362 6
4 354 6
4 328 6
PRO TIP
The big tree is 200 yards from the tee, use this as your aim to leave a mid-iron to the green.
